To celebrate being ceritified as a Great Place To Work, we developed 220 custom community tool kits to amplify the certification and to share this unique achievement with residents, families, prospects and team members.
Each community received an award, a yard sign and a banner customized with individual community branding. Communities also received a gift bundle for every employee. The gift bundle is a show of appreciation for all their hard work and included branded PPC items and a thank you from leadership.
Email and social media campaigns were broadcast to hiring prospects, referral partners, families and leads showing our pride and inviting them to consider joining in on our amazing culture. The campaign included an invitation to view a special video produced for the occasion.
90% of Enlivant employees in 220 communities and the support center agreed that their work has special meaning and 85% feel that their work makes a difference and have pride in their accomplishments. The campaign is designed to amplify and celebrate this amazing sentiment.
Announcement emails were delivered to Team members. Customizable email templates sent to prospects promoted the achievement. Social media posts amplified the certification.
7,000 employee gift bundles were distributed to 220 communities in 27 states.
